What do I receive?
A personalised itinerary PDF and a matching Google My Maps trip map. Your plan brings together the route, rail guidance, recommendations and budget information for your trip.
Do you make the bookings?
No. You book directly with the transport, accommodation and activity providers. The plan helps you understand what to check and where to book.
Do I need a rail pass?
No. Your plan can work around a pass you already have or help you consider passes and individual tickets. A pass does not automatically remove reservation requirements.
Can I order before choosing every destination?
Yes. Tell us what you already know, your priorities and what is flexible. We will ask if an essential detail is missing.
How long does delivery take?
Normally 3–5 business days after payment and receipt of your essential trip details. If your trip is imminent, contact us before ordering to check whether the deadline is possible.
Can I request adjustments?
One round of preference adjustments to the original trip is included, requested within seven calendar days of delivery. Corrections of errors in our work do not use this allowance. See the service terms for full details.
Can I choose the language?
Tell us your preferred PDF language when ordering. If we cannot reliably support it, we will contact you before preparing the plan to agree an alternative or arrange a refund if no suitable alternative is available.
Are prices and availability guaranteed?
No. Providers can change schedules, prices and availability. The plan distinguishes researched information from estimates. Check the current information before booking and travelling.
